Tobago clubs waiting on invite list for Southern Games

All four Tobago athletic clubs are expected to be represented at the annual Southern Games that now include boxing.

However, up to press time, Tobago News could not confirm how many athletes would be participating in the Games as none of the Tobago clubs had received the invited list of athletes.

A number of athletes from Tobago participated in the heats for the Games that was recently hosted in Trinidad and though some were successful their participation hinges on them receiving an invite to compete at the Games.

However, many of them will be using the Games as a warm-up for the Falcons Games that will be hosted in Trinidad on March 31 and April 1.
