Tobago's top model Diana Quashie, who was voted as Fashion Panache Model of the Year 2011 was presented with her portfolio of images at the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain, Trinidad recently.
The presentation was made by the California based company Enasha Photography, which is owned by David E. Fraser and Nicola Ifill.
Diana is a student at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) School of Fashion and Design.
Another awardee Adrian Foster, who was voted as the best young designer was presented with his portfolio also.
Also present at the informal ceremony was Christopher Nathan Chief Executive at Coco-Velvet International Fashion Model Management.
Speaking to Tobago News Diana revealed that it was a great and rewarding experience for her.
"I look forward for more opportunities like this to come my way, in addition I would use this as a stepping stone to gain more success in my lifetime," she declared.
Diana urged young girls who looked at modelling as a career stressed the importance of an educational background as they pursue their career objectives.
"I simply mean that beauty without brains cannot work and we always need something to fall back on when things do not go the way we plan," she explained.
